Tommy, Miss Yellow, has gone to her new home. Her new owner, Megan, is a Jr. Handler that lives about 10-15 minutes from us. Tommy has a Standard Poodle and a Miniature Poodle to play with. Megan is very interested in learning all about grooming and the breed. Megan has showed as a Jr. Handler before and has also done work in obedience and agility. She also does the handling classes with the 4-H kids at the local park. Last year Megan spent time in Spokane, WA and worked with a handler there doing a lot of shows in Canada.

Update 07/08/07. . . I thought it was time to give you a bit of a photo update on Tommy! She is really coming along nicely, but is still a food hot! She starts a basic puppy class on the 14th and already knows a few tricks.

Update 09/09/07. . . Tommy hit the show ring in Roswell, NM and took her first point on Sunday! Megan and Tommy then competed in Junior Showmanship and took BEST JUNIOR! What a weekend for a 6 month and 5 day old girl. See pictures below.
