What a girl. She loved obedience and she loved doing it with Jenny. What a team they made. John and I did not go to trials so we did not know all the hard work that went into training. It was training, training and then the trials came along. Jen being single and having spare time to train when she was not working and Pixie being a very apt student, getting the CD was a breeze and then right on to the CDX. Pixie came to live with Gramma and Zippy, Boris and of course Reba and Sissy. After we lost Zippy, Pixie left us within 10 months very suddenly in my arms.

Before long of course, Jen wanted another dog. Not only for obedience but thought she would give conformation a try. All the while, John and I just heard all about it. After the first miss with Zippy, Gussie was looking for a home for Zippy close by where she would get along. Zippy and her mom Kilti just got along all that well and there were other Standards and Minis at Gussie's. Zippy went to live with Jenny and Pixie but before long Jen was after Mom to "try" Zippy . . . and that started Lyricalhaus.
