Welcome to Lyricalhaus Standard Schnauzers. We live in Tucson Arizona the "old Pueblo".
Our love affair with the Standard Schnauzer actually began with my daughter, Jenny. She had just moved back to Arizona, to be with John and Linda, and was working at The Pet Motel. There she met a groomer - Gussie Germain, Aurinko Standard Schnauzers. Jenny acquired Pixie from Gussie. Jenny and Pixie became instant friends and started attending obedience classes. That was only the beginning. . .
In the 90's we acquired Zippy (CH Aurinko's Zippora, CD). We had never had a Standard Schnauzer before and were a little overwhelmed by the size (being owners of small animals up to that point). Zippy and Linda would walk and talk almost every day. Zippy taught Linda how to run and to catch up with her; how to do obedience; and at night Linda and Zippy slept side by side with arms around each other.
Zippy's third and last litter gave Lyricalhuas our foundation bitch, CH Aurinko's Urban Cowgirl, CD, whose children, grandchildren and great grandchildren have all made Lyricalhaus Standard Schnauzers VERY Proud!
